Your childhood is incomplete if you never had this chicken stew. Chicken Adobo is one of the Filipino Classic dishes served on the dining table of every Filipino family. Even foreigners can't even resist the tasty and flavorful taste of this dish. Chicken Adobo might be the easiest dish you can think of but hard enough because of the unique taste. Come with me as we explore the steps on how to cook this classic dish in a classical way.

Step 1: In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onions. Add the chicken to the skillet and scorch them until the skin of the chicken begins to brown.

Step 2: Add the vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Combine bay leaves, pepper, and the Knorr Chicken Cubes in a mixing bowl. Boil it over high heat, then let it simmer without covering the skillet. And simmer it again for another 10 minutes.

Step 3: Get the sliced chicken and move it to another pan to heat it on again Until you get the desired brownish color that you want for the chicken. In addition, if you want to put kale or spinach you can also add it for another touch with your Chicken Adobo.

Step 4: After heating the sliced chicken on the other pan, return it from the old pan where you cooked it first. Add the sugar and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until the sauce gets thick. If the sauce gets thickened and you think you can serve it already, get a clean bowl and pour the Chicken Adobo while it's hot. And now you can enjoy it with your family at the dining table. Enjoy!
