Chris Rock's Inappropriate Joke on Oscars

Entertainers must thoroughly think out every joke. A lot of us were shocked when Will Smith hit Chris Rock at the Oscars because Will Smith did not like Chris Rock's joke, in which Chris Rock told Will Smith's wife, Jada Smith, that she was "G.I. Jane 2" due to the baldness of her head.

Jada Smith suffers from alopecia, which causes her to lose her hair all over her body. We cannot deny that entertainers play an essential role in a particular event, but we must be conscious of their limitations and be aware of their value. Will Smith, on the other hand, committed a mistake as well. On the other hand, many entertainers should be respectful of every statement they encounter.
Nowadays, people do not think about the humor they talk about; even though it is a sensitive topic or offends other people, comedians like Chris Rock still cross a line and make fun of an uncontrollable disease. Additionally, once you react to a sensitive topic, you will be told, "you are too sensitive."
Chris Rock was not in the place to talk and joke about Jada Smith; making a fool about any disease will never be appropriate because a person who has it does not have a choice. In a nutshell, Smith said: "I accept and respect the Academy's decision." Actor Will Smith stated that the Academy Board of Governors revealed that he has already been banned from attending any Academy events for the next decade, including The Oscars. Offensive jokes should be avoided, especially if many audiences will hear them.
Some people will say cruel things as a joke or in conversation that is not intentional. Some humor may even go too far, emotionally or physically joking with those who seem shy and insecure, to make them question themselves. Humor is not only inappropriate in some contexts, but it can also be harmful. It is permissible to characterize someone's disposition as "weak" or "emotional."
On the other hand, using these expressions to offend someone purposely does not make it a joke. When both sides are on board with the joke, humor can be utilized to resolve a disagreement. When engaging with another person, it is crucial to remember their feelings. As a general rule, if you know that your significant other will not find a joke amusing, it is best not to tell. Considering being sensitive to other people's feelings might help prevent unwanted reactions.
